ADSIS is a state funded program to help students in kindergarten through sixth grade with their reading and math skills. All elementary students are assessed in the fall, winter, and spring using FastBridge Learning to determine eligibility into the ADSIS program. Progress reports are sent home with students every other week along with cumulative reports at the end of each quarter.
Mrs. Dietz is our K-6 ADSIS teacher. She has been teaching for 15 years with all of those years being at Herman-Norcross. Mrs. Dietz earned her elementary teaching degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead, her master's in educational technology from Concordia University, St. Paul, and her administration licenses from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Her favorite subject to teach is reading.
